After many years as partner in one of the most experienced and traditional executive search firms in the market, Jeffrey decided to form his own firm, with the objective of assisting other companies in meeting their goals for the twenty-first century, while navigating in Brazil’s challenging markets. He believes that Brazil is on the right track and is anxious to participate in this success, primarily in those areas most challenging to Brazilian Agribusiness.
Clients recently urged Jeffrey to establish his own firm and gave him the incentive and motivation needed to meet the challenge: a talent research firm truly adapted to the needs of the current market.
Jeffrey holds dual citizenship: Brazilian and American. This gives him the edge needed to grasp the underlying motives of both cultures and allows him the flexibility to understand different cultural trends. As a result of his previous managerial experience with both multinational and national companies, he has the expertise needed to comprehend bottom-line needs as well as marketing and sales goals within the complex Brazilian business sectors. His 25 years of experience as an executive in the Agribusiness, Financial, and Media & Entertainment sectors affords him the necessary credentials to work within these industries with ease. His eight years of experience as senior consultant and partner in the field of executive search is of added value to his clients.
A graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy, specializing in Soil Science, Jeffrey studied post graduate Agricultural Business Administration at FGV, Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in São Paulo. He has also taken a number of post graduate courses in Marketing at Columbia University, NY. During his career, Jeffrey was honored with the MARKETING BEST and TOP OF MARKETING awards for recognition in marketing strategy during the 1990 World Cup while executive with Credicard. Jeffrey is currently a certified executive coach accredited by the Integrated Coaching Institute.
