Values and Integrity

In striving for excellence and to assure clients of the value and integrity of our services, Abrahams & Associates:

Accepts only those assignments within the firm's scope of expertise
2.
Establishes written understanding of the objectives, scope and specifications of the services to be provided prior to accepting any assignment
3.
Holds in strictest confidence all information concerning the business affairs of clients and all others with whom we interact during the course of an assignment
4.
Will not recruit, nor cause to be recruited, any person from a client organization for a period of two years after initiation of the most recent assignment, and will disclose, to the client, any and all limitations affecting the scope of the assignment that arises through service to other clients.

Abrahams & Associates accepts only those assignments for which it is the sole recruiter, thus assuring strict confidentiality throughout the search process. To guarantee a maximum degree of partnership and communication with the client and to assure timely success, Abrahams & Associates consultants adhere to three fundamental ideals:

We believe people only acquire services from those they like and believe will deliver. It emerges when mutual interests convene. We do not initiate an assignment if these factors are not mutually agreed upon.

Trust is nothing more than a belief that the person responsible for completing the mission will be successful. When the objectives are clear and mutual, the energy is positive and there will be a motivation, beyond monetary gain, to meet the challenge. Faith and commitment are maximized. This is why we believe that the synchronicity between us and the client’s potential is fundamental throughout the process.

Competence
