Introduction

Action Coaching for executives is a method used to improve performance and productivity, offering the management team techniques to improve results. We participate in the goal, and not the results. We participate in improving performance. This system is adapted to a company’s specific philosophy and is tailor made for each individual. We work with specialists in each area according to the varying company cultures. A team of coaches is adapted for every situation. If necessary, we recruit a specialist to assist our client with any type of challenge that may occur during the orientation period, always in conjunction with the client and in keeping with company’s HR management and strategy.

Stages of the process

Diagnosis: expectations on the part of the executive vis-â-vis his or her future career development and the possibility of improving one’s position in the future. Together with HR, we analyze the job specifications and the skills needed according to the negotiated strategy, assist in analyzing which areas are most in need of being completed and finding their objectives. During this phase, we will obtain sufficient information to discuss a specific proposal with the client (candidate). Also during this phase, a commitment by both parties needs to be finalized and agreed upon so that the coaching process can begin. Without a doubt, the chemistry and confidence between consultant and employee must be mutual.

Each case is analyzed individually and a work plan, together with deadlines for beginning, middle and end, is established accordingly.
